Our Commitment

At TEMPOINK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your temporary tattoos, we're here to help make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return unused items for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Eligible Returns

• Unused tattoos in original packaging
• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Incorrect items sent due to our error
• Items significantly different from description

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or applied tattoos
• Custom or personalized designs
• Items returned after 30 days
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Defective Items

If your tattoo arrives damaged or doesn't apply correctly:

• Contact us within 48 hours with photos
• We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost
• No need to return the defective item

Refund Process

1. Contact us at refunds@tempoink.com with your order number
2. We'll provide return instructions and prepaid label (if eligible)
3. Pack items securely in original packaging
4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit Card: 3-5 business days
• PayPal: 2-3 business days
• Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days

Shipping Costs

• Free return shipping for defective or incorrect items
• Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. For fastest service, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
